Eat Sleep Surf Repeat. Last weekend, I embarked on an overnight bus journey from Melbourne to Sydney, which took me about 12 hours to arrive at my destination. After checking into my hostel, I met up with some other girls who were also part of the Welcome to Travel tour. We decided to go for a delicious roast dinner, accompanied by some of the tour guides. As it was getting late, we caught a glimpse of the iconic Sydney Opera House before heading back to our hostel for some much-needed rest.

Surf Camp
The next morning, we woke up early to set off to Gerroa for a three-day surf camp. Six of us joined the group of 60+ individuals for this unforgettable experience. I had four surfing lessons, and I must say that it was challenging, yet fun. The place was breathtaking, and we would spend our days surfing and enjoying some good meals. In the evenings, we’d unwind with games and drinks by the beach. It really was Eat, Sleep, Surf, repeat. After three days of non-stop surfing and socializing, I was exhausted, so I headed back to Sydney.

While in Sydney, I spent a few days exploring the area. I visited Bondi Beach and then walked to Coogee. Of course, I had to indulge in some shopping, too. I went on a tour of The Blue Mountains, and it was breathtaking. Watching the sunset was a magical experience, and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Sydney. We took advantage of the free drinks provided by the hostel, which led to a bit of a headache the next morning.

Today, I decided to take the boat to Manly and spent some time lounging on the beach before heading back to my hostel to prepare for my trip to Bryon Bay tomorrow. I am excited about my next destination and cannot wait to see what it has in store for me. My journey so far has been an incredible adventure, filled with new experiences, challenges, and memories that I will cherish forever.
